Where it happens
My coaching takes place at my home, but I also offer distance coaching via platforms such as Zoom or by phone. Whatever suits you best.
My offer
I charge 80 Euros per hour for my life coaching. But my coaching is for everyone - talk to me and we'll find a solution.
My coaching refers to taking a look at your whole being and together we will find out what patterns, beliefs and ideas are influencing you.
The mind believes the thoughts that arise in us based on our past experiences or future based scenarios that didn't even happen yet. We therefore loose the state of being in the moment. In my coaching I will try to give you a change of perspective and make you realize that the solutions to your fights reside within yourself.

I will try to show you a place within yourself where pure being can be experienced, to remind you of what is within you and what is needed in that very moment. In my life coaching I use healing touches as well as applications from kinesiology and amnanda therapy. It's a very individual treatment depending on your needs and your situation.
